I am a Certified Professional Coach and Consultant based in the San Francisco Bay Area with a diverse background of work and volunteer experience.

I am passionate about combining my consulting in organizational strategy and leadership development experience, with my training in relationship building and emotional awareness. Blended together they form a strong foundation for supporting the results necessary for successful outcomes in the professional and personal lives of my clients and their organizations.

Thriving on strategic thinking and problem solving I am insightful and committed to helping each of my clients with a unique approach to fit their individual needs and styles while partnering with them to acquire new skills and methods to achieve their goals and vision for themselves or their businesses. Helping to change perspectives and default behavioral patterns with a straightforward and intuitive approach, I am known for blending clear thinking and empathy with training and experience as the cornerstone for my work. An out-of-the-box thinker, I am not afraid to be direct and honest in service to my clients and communicate the value of living life with intention and choice. I believe that it is the key to both the philosophy of my practice and to living a full and meaningful life.

I work both in-person and utilize technology to communicate and accommodate the local and international reach of my work with organizations and individuals.
